Jockey will be performing in London with other Morris Ring sides as part of Westminster Morris Mens’ day of dance

Jockey will be travelling to join Bedcote Morris for their day of dance in Stourbridge.

Meet: 10.30am at The Duke William, 25 Coventry Street, Stourbridge, DY8 1EP. Tea

and coffee will be available on arrival and we have the use of a private room to leave

bags etc throughout the day. FREE BUFFET available from 3pm

Timings: We aim to start dancing at 11am at three (possibly four) spots around the

town. Sessions will be from 11am-12.00, 12.15-1.15 and 1.30-2.30 with a final mass

dance from 2.30.

We will provide schedules on the day to let you know who is dancing where and

when. The dance spots are all just a short walk from the Duke William.

Parking: We have the use of King Edward VI College’s Coventry Street car park –

(access via Lower High Street, first come first served). Please let us know if you

need a reserved spot for disabled guests. There is long-stay parking at Birmingham

Street, just across the Ring Road from the Duke William. Only short-stay parking

within the Ring Road.

Reminder: Stourbridge town centre is an Alcohol Free Zone, so no on-street

drinking.

09:30 leave Johnsons Coach Depot for Stow-on-the-Wold
11:15 leave Stow-on-the-Wold for Broadway
12:30 leave Broadway for Stratford-upon-Avon
14:45 leave Stratford-upon-Avon for Alcester
16:00 leave Alcester for The Mary Arden Inn, Wilmcote

17:30 leave The Mary Arden Inn for Johnsons Coach Depot

The plan for Stratford is to dance when we get there and dance prior to boarding the coach. The intervening period is for lunch. Lunch is whatever you want it to be as you will have to find/supply your own.

Car parking should be available FOC at Johnsons coach park. It has been on past occasions.

There will be a charge of £10 per person (dancer or not) to help offset the cost of hiring a coach for a day.
